Soth Padre (Trip 4)

Before I begin please ignore the fact that we pretty much have on the same clothes in every picture.  We all only packed 2 outfits each (expect Todd who packed 1) and our bathing suits.  I did wash clothes every day! Back in June Candor started asking to go back to his condo so we decided to book another trip!  We decided to go after school started so the beaches would not be packed.  Leading up to the trip we once again talked about all the fun things we were going to do and all the toys we would bring.  The 'looking forward/talking about the trip' is almost as fun as the trip itself! The morning of our trip Candor popped out of bed at 6AM and was raring to go!  We had packed all of our things the night before so the boys had a quick breakfast and we headed out. The trip to South Padre went so smooth.  We only had to stop a few times for potty breaks and once at Candor's favorite gas station to buy them each a car (like we need more)....

Build A Bear

I have always wanted to go to Build-A-Bear but having birthed 2 rough and tough boys I thought I may never get the chance until one day I discovered they had pups at Build A Bear!!  I immediately called AK and we planned a play date. Once we arrived Candor, Townes, and Navy got to pick their pups.  Candor, of course, picked Chase and Townes and Navy picked cute little Golden Retriever pups. After selecting their pup they got to stuff the pup with stuffing and give them baths. After stuffing and bathing them we created them a birth certificate.  Candor named his puppy Chase (obviously) and he named Townes' puppy Stroller.  Ha!  Navy's pup was named Perry Pickles Powers. They all had an 'ok' time.  As we were leaving we noticed they were having the grand opening of the new kids play place at the mall.  It was a party!  There was music, tons of kids, and balloons everywhere.  Candor, Townes, and Navy had an abso...

2018 - 2019 First Day of School! (Candor)

The new school year has officially began for Candor.  He was super excited to go and see all his buddies! Oh and how amazing are Candor's Tupac socks! Townes wanted in on the picture taking action. As soon as we walked in Candor found Jake and they headed off to Mr. Jeff's room.  They get to walk all the way down to the end of the hall this year and I think they think that is pretty cool Candor went straight to playing. After we left Candor, Townes and I wiped our tears and went to the park and watched the steam rollers flatten the trail. We sure missed our little buddy being with us but we knew he was having the best time with all his fellow turtles. When we picked up Candor he told us he had so much fun.  One fun thing that Mr. Jeff does everyday is hide a baby turtle around the classroom.  Each morning all the kids search and search until they find it.  This particular morning he was hanging on the blind...
