Candor goes to Townes

Candor's Uncle Florio invited us over to have an Italian Thanksgiving feast. Candor loved everything and everyone except for sweet little June (Florio's kitty). I suppose if I woke up with June on my face I wouldn't be to fond of her either. Everyone minus the stragglers Florio Aunt Tia Vera and June Salad and Spaghetti Meatballs

AK, Candor and I went grocery shopping last week.  AK decided to baby wear Candor.  He is finally strong enough to face forward and he loved it!  We also bought Candor a new beanie while we were out since the weather in Austin finally decided to get a bit cold.

Nana Katie came to see us last weekend.  She spent the night with us Friday.  Friday during the day AK and AB came over for a while and played.  Friday night consisted of dance party, bath time, and bed. Saturday morning Katie watched Candor while Todd and I ran on the Greenbelt.  We then hit the grocery store and finally headed to AK's for Thanksgiving. Candor's Uncle Tio Arby came by yesterday and brought us a buttermilk pie.  Mondays are better when pie is involved.

My little turkey made his own little turkey today.  He is a crafty little fellow. He was very sad when craft time was over.

Candor had his 4 Month visit with Dr. D (Dawson) today.  It was quite the adventure. When we arrived Candor was looking very impressive in his house suit and shoes. After Todd, Candor, and I got into our room we smelled something horrific and realized Candor man had pooped.  It was not a normal poop it was a baby blow out.  All over his new house suit and then it got all over the doctors table.   I unfortunately did not pack extra clothing so after the visit he left in the buff with the exception of his diaper and an Incredible Hulk band aid, and a Scooby Doo band aid from his shots. Dr. D. said Candor was perfect and brilliant like I assumed he would.  He weighs 16lb 8 oz and is 24 1/2 inches long.  He also has a huge head to hold his huge brain.

Candor went to the polls today for the first time.  I would have got a photo of him voting but they were real sticklers if you had your phone out.
