My little love bug is now 45 months old!
He had his first bike wreck. Actually, he had his first and second bike wreck all in one day. The first one his bike tire clipped the stroller tire and he went flying on the road while we were on our way to Juiceland. He immediately started crying which then made Townes start crying. I then spent the next 5 minutes sitting on the curb with my two bubbas in my lap trying to calm everyone down.
After we left Juicland we met his buddy Luke at the park. About 3 minutes into them playing his wheels skidded on some loose gravel and down he went again. That night we bandaged him all up and the next day he was ready to get back on the bike!
Having cookies and talking about life with Arby.
These days he loves to pretend like he is a puppy. In particularly a Police Dog K-9. He begged me to let him drink out of a bowl on the ground like a pup so here he is drinking out of a bowl on the ground like a pup.
He is getting really good at hitting pinatas! This was at Doris' bday party and she had this huge Minnie Mouse pinata. Since that day Candor has told me continuously that he wants a big police car pinata at his birthday party.
Crushing an ice cream cone.
This is what he looks like at the end of most days. A hot sweaty mess. He wakes up and never stops playing the entire day.
Enjoying the aquarium. We haven't been in awhile so he had loads of fun looking at all the fish.
You probably cannot really tell what is happening in the below picture but it is Candor and several kids chasing around a kite. Every once in a while a dad will be at the park flying a kite. All the kids will then chase the kite tail. They think it is so fun and they laugh and laugh and laugh. It is such sweet innocent fun.
He carried a palm around church on Palm Sunday with all his buddies and then sang songs.
He has gotten really good at hide-n-seek. Can you spot him?!
Adios month 45. Month 46, Candor is swinging to you in full force!
This month he wore boxer briefs for the very first time in his life and loved them. I think he loved them because he finally had underwear like his daddy. Ms. Suzy said he showed them to her at school and kept rubbing his leg talking about how cool and soft they were. He was so proud.
He went to the big boy Sunday School class for the first time. He had so much fun. During class they watch a video clip, discuss the topic, and then do an art.

He got his first alarm clock. Todd accidentally ordered himself 2 instead of 1 so Candor immediately claimed the second one. I put a little table by his bed so he could put his water, alarm clock, and night light on it. He literally was so excited about this. He kept saying now if he needed anything while he was in bed he could just reach over and get it. In the morning when he wakes up he will call for me to come to his room. Once I'm in the room he will ask me to check the time to see if it is morning so he can get up. I'm not going to lie...if it is anytime before 7AM I tell him it is in the middle of the night in hopes we can get a few more zzzz's.
Candor also had to wear Townes' pants one day. We had went to the Thinkery and Candor surprisingly had an accident in his pants. This is probably his 2nd or 3rd time to ever have an accident so I never bring extra clothes for him. Fortunately for Candor, his brother is on the bigger side and is still young enough to get away with just wearing a onesie so I slipped Townes' pants off of him and onto Candor. We then went on our way and enjoyed the remainder of the day at the Thinkery!
The rest of the time he just enjoyed the heck out of his 45th month!
I love this picture. Nana and Pop Pop had come to visit and Candor grabbed a pair of Pop Pop's jeans and was wearing them around the house.

Playing around in the backyard...naked...why not!

Candor and Jake still love playing around the big tree after school.

He and Townes had a blast all month. Townes is starting to mimic everything Candor does whether it is sounds or actions. I keep telling Candor he has to always act good because he has little eyes watching him. They are a handful and a half.
