Candor goes to Townes

Candor was curious to know what this HP place was Todd went to every morning so we took a visit last Friday afternoon.  He won the hearts of all the techies there. Todd's coworkers gave him a baby shower before Candor was born.  One of the decorations was this HP shirt Candor is wearing in the photos.  Todd still had it displayed at his desk so we slipped it on him.  It barely fit over his belly!

Candor is such a good little swimmer.  He went under water for 3 seconds!  Next class Todd gets to attend and he will go under for 4 seconds.  He also tried to take off his little friend Leah's swimsuit. Ms. Amanda said he was way to young for all that! AK met Candor and I Tuesday morning to do a little grocery shopping.  I carried him the first half and AK carried him the second half.  I'm going to have to check the weight limit on the Baby BJorn as i am sure we are getting close to it! I'm also trying to not let my feeling get hurt as Candor looks like he his having a much better time with AK than with me.

Todd had President's Day off from work so we spent the day doing a walk through of our new house with the builder, getting juice, and getting Ruth's (Todd's car) tire fixed. The weather turned very cold so we had to dig out Candor's winter clothes.  They were so tight that Todd and I were nervous that he would bust out the next time I fed him. After the walk through we headed to Juice Land to get some juices.  Candor's gums were hurting so he was being super sweet and cuddly. At the Subaru dealership they have a toy room so Candor and I played while Todd handled his business. I pushed him around and around the dealership in this little ride.  He loved it.

Candor got a little self conscious when I showed him the below pictures.  I told him even Gisele Bundchen took a photo at a bad angle every once in a while.  Plus anyone would look a little chubby sitting in Todd's lap.

Candor got all dressed up in his riding shoes and decided to take a drive.

Today is Ash Wednesday so this morning Todd, Candor, and I decided what we were giving up for Lent.  Todd and I are giving up the snooze button.  Candor decided he wanted to give up his  precious swing.  This swing has been all of ours best friend since Candor was 7 weeks old.  It is going to be a long couple of nights for all of us.
